Troubleshooting Improvements

 

As a part of the Discovery Admin subscription, we provide unlimited support for troubleshooting any errors for which Discovery Admin is unable to determine a Root Cause and Remediation.


There are several reasons why this can happen:

- Custom configurations in ServiceNow or on the Infrastructure at the Customer

- Changes made by ServiceNow for how existing errors are logged

- New Patterns introduced by ServiceNow


We work with you to understand and review these logs, as they are uniquely categorized in Discovery Admin.

As a part of our due diligence, we include these fixes in the next release of Discovery Admin, so you get the best results based on findings in your instance and what we see at other Customers.
