The Discovery Admin subscription includes Ongoing Support, throughout the year.


In addition to periodic cadence meetings and ad-hoc meetings to address any questions, we support the Customer to enable new resources (after the initial enablement of Discovery Admin), which may be required as a result of resource transitions at Customers or changes associated with Implementation Partners.


We provide the necessary support to help Customers upgrade to the latest version of Discovery Admin aligned with the Customer Upgrade Schedule for Discovery Admin.


In short, the Discovery Admin Team is available to ensure the Customer is successful with the implementation of Discovery Admin and gets the best value from their Discovery Admin Subscription.
