Enhancements and Defect Fixes

The Discovery Admin subscription includes ongoing Enhancements and Defect Fixes for Discovery Admin.

Enhancements cover new features and improvements to existing features. We have consistently been rolling over numerous updates every few months since Discovery Admin was first available on the ServiceNow Store.

Enhancements are driven based on our alignment with ServiceNow and inputs provided by Customers.

New feature requests from Customers are evaluated and taken to the design board to assess their feasibility. Our goal is to ensure that every customer runs the same code-base of Discovery Admin and that new features are implemented seamlessly with existing features.

Defect Fixes are addressed as a part of our periodic releases. Workarounds are provided as needed to address any defects and fixes are rolled out with the next release of Discovery Admin via the ServiceNow Store.
