The Discovery Admin subscription includes additional support required to enable resources at the Customer (or the Implementation Partner) to successfully deploy Discovery Admin.
This includes enablement for Installation and Configuration of Discovery Admin along with the necessary training for resources to be comfortable to administer and use Discovery Admin on a day-to-day basis.
This means there is no additional Services component in addition to the Discovery Admin Subscription.
The Discovery Admin Support Team doesn’t need access to the ServiceNow Instance.
We simply enable the existing Customer (or Implementation Partner) Resources to use Discovery Admin leveraging Contextual Hints, Knowledge Articles, Recorded Videos, and Live Training Sessions.
We also incorporate periodic cadence meetings to ensure Customers have the support they need to get the most value from the Discovery Admin Subscription.
