On Our Paper
Transacting on Our Paper is a simple way to get started with Discovery Admin.
With this workflow, the Customer will need to on-board Us as a new Vendor.
Though the Enablement and Ongoing Support of Discovery Admin is included in the Subscription, the onboarding is straightforward, as we don't need access to your ServiceNow Instance (unless you are looking to extend your Discovery Admin Subscription to include the OPTIONAL Managed Services for ServiceNow Discovery).
This approach also makes sense, if we already have an existing working relationship, in which case, the onboarding has already been done.
We take the following steps to process the Discovery Admin Subscription:
Customer informs Us that they want to go ahead with the Discovery Admin subscription
We generate a Quote for the Customer
Customer generates a Purchase Order for Us
Customer shares the URL of the Production ServiceNow Instance
We share the Purchase Order and URL from the Customer with ServiceNow
ServiceNow entitles Discovery Admin for renewals (and also sends a confirmation email to the Customer for new Subscriptions)
NOTE: This confirmation email is sent to the administrator / point of contact for ServiceNow HI / Now Support. We also get a copy of this email and notifiy the Customer once this email is generated by ServiceNow.
Customer follows instructions in the email to complete the entitlement of Discovery Admin (for new Subscriptions ONLY)
ServiceNow invoices Us
We Invoice the Customer
Customer Pays Us based on Invoicing Terms
We Pay 20% commission to ServiceNow and retain the remaining 80%
