QN.ALL.00
Introduction
The QN.ALL.00 IEC is a catch-all IEC that is associated with an error in the Logs, if Discovery Admin is unable to determine a Root Cause and Remediation.
There are several reasons why this can happen:
Custom configurations in ServiceNow or on the Infrastructure at the Customer
Changes made by ServiceNow for how existing errors are logged
New Patterns introduced by ServiceNow
As a part of the Discovery Admin Subscription, we provide unlimited support to troubleshoot any ServiceNow Discovery Errors under the QN.ALL.00 IEC.
We take the results of our troubleshooting and incorporate updates into the next version of Discovery Admin.

Export the Results to XML (Right-click Header > Export > XML)
Send the file to your Discovery Admin point-of-contact
