Summary

The Discovery Admin Subscription is associated with a Production ServiceNow Instance and priced based on the version of Discovery Admin published on the ServiceNow Store.

For existing Customers, Discovery Admin Subscription Renewals do not exceed more than 20% of the previous year's Subscription.

Note:

• We do not charge separately for Professional Services to implement Discovery Admin or train resources at the Customer or Partner.

• Apart from the Subscription, there is no additional cost, from QuickNexus to the Customer or Partner.

• ServiceNow retains 20% of the Subscription.

• Since Discovery Admin is a Paid Application, the number of tables deployed with Discovery Admin has no impact / does not count towards the custom-table allowance included with the ServiceNow License.

OPTIONAL Managed Services for ServiceNow Discovery can be included with the Discovery Admin Subscription.

Rationale

This approach is designed to eliminate the pricing dependency on uncontrollable factors that are hard to predict upfront and can significantly vary within the subscription cycle.

A few examples of these unpredictable / variable factors are:

• number of times the App is used

• number of Users using the App

• number of Discovery Admin features used

• number of CIs in the CMDB

Audits and True-Ups are not needed either.
