Introduction
This article covers the steps to ensure Discovery Admin is licensed for the target ServiceNow Instance during the Trial Window or for Customers who have subscribed to Discovery Admin.
Enable Entitlement
Before Installing or Upgrading Discovery Admin, you need to make sure that Discovery Admin is entitled and available on your target ServiceNow Instance.
To entitle Discovery Admin for your ServiceNow Instance: Navigate: To the Discovery Admin page on the ServiceNow Store
Login: With your ServiceNow HI Account
Click: On the Manage Entitlements button (top-right of the screen)
Follow: The UI Prompts to enable the Discovery Admin entitlements for your ServiceNow Instance(s)
Wait: For 5 minutes for the entitlements to synchronize with your ServiceNow Instance
To verify the entitlements are successful, on your ServiceNow Instance:
Navigate to: System Definitions > Plugins
Search for: Discovery Admin
Entitlement Errors
If Discovery Admin isn't visible in the Search Results (in the Plugins Module), it may be due to a timeout preventing your ServiceNow Instance from refreshing entitlements from the ServiceNow Store.
To eliminate this possibility, verify that the System Property "glide.http.timeout" has a value of 17500 (default) or higher, to prevent this timeout and retry the steps above.
If the Manage Entitlements Button on the ServiceNow Store is greyed out, it may be due to an internal synchronization error between the ServiceNow Internal Systems and the ServiceNow Store.
This can be fixed by creating a HI Ticket for ServiceNow and requesting a manual synchronization (between the ServiceNow Internal Systems and the ServiceNow Store) for the entitlement of Discovery Admin.

We recently purchased the Discovery Admin App on the ServiceNow Store.
However, we are not able to see the Discovery Admin App when we search for it under our Plugins Module.
We are also not able to Manage Entitlements for Discovery Admin via the Discovery Admin Landing Page on the ServiceNow Store.

We need assistance with making the Discovery Admin App available for installation on our ServiceNow Instance.
Reference CS6202081 which was created by another Customer in the past, who also faced the same issue. (The resolution was to manually sync the entitlement for Discovery Admin).
